We were invited to go to a 'Murder Mystery' party at our friends house. For the game, we were assigned characters... My role was to be Melinda, a movie star and Kern ("Rick") was a Hawaiian tourist/businessman. Our costumes:

We got Colonel's awesome shirt at Savers, (on sale!) for a dollar, in the little boy's section. Love Bargains.

He played his part well, though. He's a much better actor than I am.

Neither me or Kern was the killer...Even by the end of the game, I had no clue who it was- my mind is not wired right to figure out these kinds of things...

Other than playing murder games, Kern starts back up school tomorrow, and I am pretty sure all I EVER do is work. I think by now, I've given everyone in the Phoenix valley a flu shot, swabbed every sick kid's throat, and waited in WAY too much stop-n-go traffic for my liking. I need a vacation.
